King Charles Canine is committed to providing high-quality Cavalier King Charles Spaniels to our customers. We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise where a return or refund is necessary. Our return and refund policy is designed to ensure the satisfaction of our customers while also maintaining the health and well-being of our puppies.
Return Policy:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy, you may return the puppy within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. The puppy must be returned in good health and with all necessary documentation, including vaccination records and registration papers. A restocking fee may apply.
Refund Policy:
If your Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy is found to have a serious health issue within 30 days of purchase, we will provide a full refund or offer a replacement puppy, if available. Proof of the health issue from a licensed veterinarian may be required. We stand behind the health of our puppies and want to ensure that they are happy and healthy in their new homes.
Please note that our return and refund policy does not cover issues that arise due to neglect, abuse, or improper care of the puppy. It is important to provide a loving and safe environment for your new furry family member.
